Structural design for a new thirteen-story parking and office tower. The complex consists of (4) parking garage levels of approximately 27,000 square feet each, 10 office building levels of 20,000 square feet each and a lobby level of 27,000 square feet. Also, the renovation of (6) four-story row homes and a new plaza level was completed.

MacIntosh Engineering served as the structural engineers for the design of a new seven-story, 300,000 sq. ft. office and retail building. The bulding includes the design for six new curved office levels, penthouse space, and retail stores as well as a loading dock and equipment area. A decorative and functional three-leg tree column anchors the north end of the building. This facility houses the U.S. operations of Barclays, a prominent internet banking corporation.
